Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is due on scheduling session to exclusively reserve the photographer’s services for the agreed upon event date.  Under no circumstances will deposit be refunded to customer. 

 

If Stephanie Frazier is not able to photograph the event, a replacement photographer will be provided, but if this is not acceptable to the client, the contract shall be made void and the deposit fully refunded.

 

Final Payment: Balance payable in full one week before event date.

 

Payment Terms: Payment can be made by check, money order, or major credit card. There is an additional 3% fee for credit card processing. Make checks and money orders payable to Frazier Photography.

 

Completion Schedule: Images will be posted online. Complete process of image editing, post-processing, printing, uploading and flash drive creation will be completed and shipped out/ postmarked approximately 3 to 4 weeks following the event.

 

Shipment of Package: The photographer shall assume all shipping costs of contents of the final package.
